4ThePlayer has entered the US market after receiving a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The waiver qualifies the London-based gaming software developer to offer its products to top-tier operators across the state.
4ThePlayer is already working on expanding into other states. It plans to launch first its 9k Yeti game, while others – such as 6 Wild Sharks and 3 Secret Cities – will follow in the coming months. The developer’s games can be currently accessed on Gaming Realms through a distribution deal announced in 2021.
“We are delighted to be granted our transactional waiver and to be live in the USA – this is a milestone for 4ThePlayer and our first step into the exciting US market,” said Chris Ash, Business Development Director of 4ThePlayer.com.
“We cannot wait for players in New Jersey to enjoy our games and we look forward to furthering US expansion in additional states soon!”
