On Wednesday, iGaming operator BetMGM, in collaboration with multinational gambling company lGT, announced the launch of Wheel of Fortune Casino.
The online casino, which is the first brand-led enterprise of its kind in North America, is currently live in New Jersey with its portfolio of branded slot titles, features, and games.
Wheel of Fortune Casino is also available on desktop and mobile (including Android and iOS mobile devices) and represents BetMGM’s latest gaming expansion.
BetMGM’s Chief Executive Officer Adam Greenblatt commented on the launch, stating that the company looked forward to seeing New Jersey gamblers place bets in the new Wheel of Fortune Casino. He also revealed that the new casino would be entirely compatible with mobile devices, allowing customers easy access.
“We are thrilled to bring Wheel of Fortune Online Casino to players in New Jersey, where they can now play for real money and experience the excitement of the beloved game show on their phones,” Greenblatt said.
“We have a great alliance with Wheel of Fortune and IGT and look forward to offering our players innovative and diverse selections of gaming options.”
Enrico Drago, IGT’s CEO of Digital and Betting, revealed that the company was grateful to BetMGM for the opportunity to launch the project together and bring players a new and fresh array of offers.

Wheel of Fortune Online Casino is based on an American game show with a similar name that acknowledged its 40th anniversary in September 2022. Wheel of Fortune-themed slot titles have been represented on casino floors for over 25 years.
Sony Pictures Television, which owns the game, welcomed the news of the launch and expressed excitement at seeing this popular game show reinvented in a new way.
“Over the last 40 years, the Wheel of Fortune brand has been brought to life in a diverse range of products, including IGT’s extremely successful Wheel of Fortune slots,” stated Suzanne Prete, Sony Pictures Television’s Executive Vice President of Game Shows.
“Now we’re excited to see BetMGM build on that success and take an innovative approach to bring the game to more players by launching the brand’s first online casino in the U.S.”
Wheel of Fortune is a famous brand on its own, having won seven Emmy awards as well as a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Game or Audience Participation Show. It has become increasingly popular amongst TV audiences and online and in-person players.
